Sarah Clarke is the Mental Health Coordinator for Rochester Public Schools. She is responsible for the district’s strategic plan for mental health care. Her projects include universal mental health screening, evidence based practice implementation, overseeing chemical health services, and social emotional learning. Sarah is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 20 years of experience in the human services field. She has professional experience in domestic violence treatment, substance use treatment, childhood trauma, child protection, postpartum care, and mental health in schools. In her current role, she brings a clinical perspective to implementing systems-wide change.
