The Resident Advisor (RA) position is foundational to the work of many Housing/Residence Life programs and Student Affairs departments. Proper RA training is necessary to equip RAs with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively support residents and maintain a safe and positive living-learning environment. This seminar will provide Resident Directors (RDs) and Housing Directors (HDs) with practical tools and strategies for creating new RA training programs or improving existing ones. This interactive and engaging seminar can be tailored to meet the needs of your team and campus.
